24 hours of positiveness
So today I demanded my wife give me that
It was impossible.
So the thing with socal media is this. It kills you.
Go to your neighbour. Go to the man on the street. They ain't where you are and will save you. I'm too proud to do that now.

Guys give me a legacy. The legacy is learn to love and cuddle. It feels overwhelming. I didn't do it enough xxxx

Mate if you want to talk DM me or someone. We are your West ham family and here for you. Try to get some sleep and cut back on the booze a bit. I know it's hard from personal experience but I guarantee people love you to bits

All the best Pentonville, don't do anything stupid. I haven't really interacted with you on here but your posts are often interesting and endearing. Plus you don't want to miss out on going to Seville next year for the Europa Final!

Don't put a Pentonville shaped hole in someone's life. it will be devastating. Find someone to talk to, pick a mate in your phonebook and call them. Fuck what time is it, people will want to hear from you., They will help and be there for you. People do care, and people will help but it's a two way street.
Do not suffer in silence.
Cheers
Jim

Re: 24 hours of positiveness
Penton, don't do anything rash mate, I couldn't stand another man down on here.

I used to chauffeur Paul McKenna and I was going through all kinds of shit at the time, shit that I thought that I could never change. How wrong was I as he gave me his time freely to try and help me.

Your '24 hours of positivness' strikes a chord because that is one thing that Paul taught me.

Imagine a train on a track in a toy shop. It goes past the window and disappears into a tunnel then goes back in front of the window again. That is exactly what your train of thought does.

You see the world, examine it and then it goes into the tunnel of your subconsciousness where it picks apart what you have seen.

You can't do much about your subconscious mind so it stands to reason that the only way to change your thinking is as you see the world as it goes past that window.

It doesn't take long to fill the train up with negative thoughts. If you start thinking 'look at that cunt' and stuff like that you soon fill up that train of thought and it weighs you down.

Happily though, it also doesn't take long to fill the train with positive thoughts.

So play a game for a couple of days. When you see someone who you would currently consider a cunt put a different slant on it. See a bloke driving up to Hampstead in his posh car? Say 'it's not his, it's a lease and he looks no happier than me'.

If you think someone is rude to you think 'you must have a shit life to be that nasty to a stranger, a life filled with divorces and fights to see your kids'.

Keep your mind open for the negative thoughts and use your imagination to read the situation differently. It's actually quite fun and it costs you nothing.

If you do that for three days I promise you will change your life, just as it did mine.
